- Contacting with customers through various channels such as e-mail and social medias.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledge and resole customer complaints and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2+ years of experiences in customer service.
- Insurance industry preferred.
- Equipped with Brokerage License.
- Great level in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
