About Our Client
Our client is a world leading MNC in health care sector that provides total solution oral care products.
- Contacting with customers through various channels such as e-mail and inbound calls.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledge and resole customer complaints and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Making orders and supports logistics & inventory.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in customer service/call center.
- Health care industry preferred.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills, good English is plus.
- Familiar with ordering and SAP system
