Job Description

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high service standards
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor and analyze customer service performance and data
  • Coordinate with the engineering and manufacturing departments to address customer needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industrial and manufacturing regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Software).
  • 10+ years of professional experience in technical customer service, ideally in automation or MHE system integration.
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics preferred).
  • Business acumen and experience in securing service contracts.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possession of personal transport and willingness for domestic travel.
