Job Description

  • Lead customer quality initiatives for materials across Taiwan.
  • Act as the technical bridge between global production sites and regional customers, translating needs into actionable strategies.
  • Own customer engagement for quality issues, ensuring site capabilities align with expectations and rubrics.
  • Collaborate with account teams to deliver exceptional results and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead customer taskforces and represent the company's technical capabilities.
  • Provide input into risk assessments for new products and changes, including PCN support.
  • Review and approve OCAP reports and 8D corrective actions for quality deviations.
  • Develop automated dashboards and visualisations to track performance and success metrics.
  • Foster industry relationships to enhance the company's quality brand image.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or semiconductor fabrication.
  • 5+ years of successful customer engagement, ideally with semiconductor clients.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills (SPC, ANOVA, multivariate modelling).
  • Proficiency in tools such as JMP, Python, Tableau, and Palantir Foundry.
  • Experience in process improvement, digitalisation, and quality systems (ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent English communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagement.
