Job Description

  • Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead engineering teams across software, hardware, and system integration
  • Drive R&D initiatives in robotics, wireless communication, and embedded systems
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption across product lines
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for technical initiatives
  • Mentor technical leaders and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in ICT or robotics
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering teams and projects
  • Deep understanding of software development, hardware design, and system architecture
  • Familiarity with wireless communication, embedded systems, and automation technologies
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in global tech companies or startups is highly desirable
