Job Description



  • Leadership and Management:
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Oversee and mentor four engineering managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and facilitating their professional development.


  • Technical Strategy and Architecture:
    • Develop and implement the technical strategy in line with the company's objectives.
    • Lead the architecture design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.


  • Operational Excellence:
    • Optimize development processes and workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
    • Implement robust DevOps practices to streamline deployment and maintain high system availability.
    • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.


  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary technical advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on technology investments and initiatives.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of managing large engineering teams.
  • Strong background in software engineering, with expertise in backend, frontend, data, and DevOps technologies.
  • Exceptional skills in architecture design and system scalability.
  • Experience in developing and delivering enterprise-grade products.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
