Our client is a rising start-up technology company, devoted in providing all variety of digital insurances and is now actively expanding the products types. The client's group includes a number of market-leading players in insurance and device protection.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Acknowledge and resole customer complaints and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions and analyse the reports to find insights.
Keep ahead of industries developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
- Minimum 4+ years of experiences in customer service.
- Insurance industry preferred.
- Equipped with Brokerage License.
- Great level in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
- CS team management experience.
