Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Global Logistics, RAQA, and third-party warehouse teams to support day-to-day operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding purchase orders, FRU requests, damaged/lost goods, and product return/exchange issues.
  • Respond to calls and emails professionally while understanding customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
  • Manage import/export procedures, oversee customs clearance, and coordinate HS code clarification with the global compliance team.
  • Supervise 3PL warehouse activities including inbound/outbound shipments, non-conformance handling, inventory accuracy, stock optimization, cycle counts, and annual scrapping.
  • Maintain accurate SAP transactions and ensure correct and timely data entry.
  • Work with 3PL partners to resolve operational issues, track KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery and reliable inventory results.
  • Support global and regional compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global logistics representatives to resolve shipping issues.
  • Ensure timely execution of all outbound shipments based on customer requirements and contractual timelines.
  • Support order management and RMA complaint handling.
  • Assist with customer training coordination through SFDC when required.
  • Achieve team and company goals, prepare necessary reports, and propose logistics process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service & Logistics Representative should have:

Hard Skills

  • Experience in import/export operations, customs procedures, and HS code understanding.
  • Solid knowledge of 3PL warehouse workflows, inventory control, non-conformity handling, and logistics documentation.
  • Skilled in SAP or ERP systems with strong accuracy in data entry and transaction management.
  • Ability to coordinate across freight forwarders, brokers, and internal logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Strong customer service capability with experience handling inquiries, orders, and complaints.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate across multiple departments.
