Job Description

  • Align the company's distribution market strategy with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with distributors and other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize sales initiatives that drive revenue growth in the distribution market.
  • Build relationships with key retail partners and work with distribution partners on annual JBPs (Joint Business Plans) to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage in the market. Ensure excellence in retail execution and provide sales training to distribution partners.
  • Oversee operations within the distribution market department, including sales, distribution, logistics, and customer service.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for commercial readiness by working with the marketing team on market launches and campaigns.
  • Drive trade spend efficiency in collaboration with distribution partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive expertise in sales with a willingness to expand into commercial domains. At least 15 years of sales experience.
  • Experience working in multinational companies in the FMCG or consumer electronics sectors is a strong advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the retail market landscape, including customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
