Job Description

  • Lead and oversee full-scope accounting and finance operations for the Taiwan country office and plant.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to local and regional senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, maintaining strong internal controls and governance.
  • Support regional ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives, including expansion and restructuring.
  • Drive process improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors, ideally within multinational environments; regional exposure is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in accounting, tax, and financial management, with strong knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with leadership potential, capable of influencing decisions and driving business performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong decision-making ability.
  • Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, with a track record of process improvement.
