This position focuses on cost accounting and site controlling for a manufacturing facility. You will manage cost systems, analyze product costs and contribution margins, and support site leadership in financial planning and performance improvement.

Job Description

  • Handle factory profit and loss and cash flow management.
  • Manage factory cost systems and analyze product costs and contribution margins, including prime, conversion, and logistics.
  • Ensure governance, control, reporting, and planning of factory financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights and partner with leadership on strategy, forecasting, investments, and productivity.
  • Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate standards and local regulations and assist in audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance for operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor key metrics, and drive process improvements.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and factory performance management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • FMCG industry background is a plus.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
