As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our client's growth strategy and operational initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO and the Head of the Strategy & Operations Office, your responsibilities will include:
  • key role in implementing the organization's strategic direction
  • Gain experience in leading critical projects and managing cross-functional teams

They seek a Corporate Strategy Managerr to play a key role in shaping their growth strategy and driving impactful projects across their various investment areas.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee cross-functional projects addressing key business challenges or directives from the CEO, focusing on areas such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Act as a consultant to project teams and stakeholders, resolving inefficiencies and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Develop and manage materials and tools for business reviews using data-driven approaches to evaluate organizational and project health.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of corporate and business unit (BU) strategy planning to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Oversee the new business development process, including the incubation of new business models, market exploration, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).



The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience in strategy or management consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or API manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Experience in business analysis and financial forecasting is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
