Job Description

- Assist with monthly financial reporting processes, including G&A variance analysis, and prepare comprehensive management reports.

- Oversee financial planning and fiscal year P&L forecasting, promptly alerting management to any emerging financial risks.

- Coordinate input for financial rolling forecasts in relevant systems.

- Support month-end closing activities and reconcile data across systems (SAP, HFM, and BPC).

- Oversee expense management, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and actual spending monitoring.

**Finance Business Partnering**

- Conduct monthly reviews of KPIs and analyze the financial performance of designated brands and channels.

- Provide reliable data and analytical insights (e.g., ROI analysis) to support informed decision-making and business growth.

- Offer continuous support for management information requests and assist with special projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum 8 years of work experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and financial planning tools (e.g., BPC).

* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.

* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. * Fluent in spoken and written English.

* Willing to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, with problem-solving and critical thinking skills

* Prior experience in an accounting firm advantageous.
