Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize cost management and profitability.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Support business cases and decision-making with detailed financial models and analysis.
  • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor industry trends to provide key insights and recommendations for market competitiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its financial dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
