Job Description

  • 負責年度預算編列、財務預測與營運績效分析
  • 提供管理層即時且具洞察力的財務資訊，協助策略決策
  • 編製與檢視財務報表，確保數據準確性與時效性
  • 與海外財務團隊合作，確保跨區財務流程與報表一致性
  • 持續優化財務流程與內控機制，提升整體營運效率
  • 支援各項財務相關專案與分析需求

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備財務分析 / 管理會計相關經驗
  • 擅長跨部門溝通，具備良好商業理解能力
  • 細心且具責任感，能在快節奏環境中獨立作業
  • 具備英文溝通能力，可與海外團隊合作
  • 對數據敏感，能將數字轉化為決策洞察
