Job Description

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across retail channels
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS/Taiwan GAAP
  • Strengthen internal controls for store operations and inventory management
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to drive data-led decisions
  • Manage cash flow, capex evaluations, and support new business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading full finance functions in retail or consumer industry
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Taiwan GAAP, and financial reporting standards
  • Skilled in FP&A, internal controls, and cash flow management
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strategic advisory capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership in building high-performance finance teams
