Job Description

  • Lead engineering and technical evaluation for plant capital projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates for minor capital projects and support budgeting activities.
  • Plan and execute commissioning and startup activities.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance concepts to reduce downtime.
  • Draft maintenance standards to support early equipment management.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical reliability.
  • Oversee QC inspection, design reviews, fabrication checks, and cost analysis.
  • Prepare specifications and datasheets for mechanical equipment procurement.
  • Review mechanical and piping design for production facilities.
  • Provide construction input for cost, schedule, and risk assessments.
  • Guide construction contractors and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Ensure construction quality meets design requirements.
  • Lead CAPEX review, maintain capital plans, and track monthly spending.
  • Support PSM MIQA implementation and engineering documentation.
  • Apply knowledge of ASME, NFPA, and international engineering standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in capital project execution or EPC management.
  • Project management certification or mechanical Class B license is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and code knowledge.
  • Able to coordinate contractors, solve technical issues, and manage project workflows.
