Job Description

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business strategies.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and gain business trust across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a focus on driving operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, including CA/CPA certification, with an MBA preferred.
  • Over 8 years as a leadership role by leading a large scale of team
  • At least 15 years of finance experience in multinational companies, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a proven track record of career progression.
  • Expertise in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and cost optimization within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
