Job Description

  • To develop negotiation strategy on commercial terms and conditions, manage the process up to signing of the contract.
  • Clarification, annotation, mark-up and negotiation of T&Cs with commercial and financial implications.
  • Elaboration of Commercial and Financial documents for the sales and bidding process.
  • Lead the risk workshop including commercial evaluation of risk and opportunity analysis (risk contingency) in alignment with experts and stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of project specific sales forecasts and budgets.
  • To co-drive activities/strategy implementation in the sales team together with the Sales Director and Sales Project Manager.



The Successful Applicant

  • A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
  • Extensive experience within sales or customer relations area, ideally within the energy sector as well as international sales experience.
  • Contract management skills, and possess knowledge of customer business cases for energy projects.
  • Degree in business admin, finance or law preferred. (You need to know calculation and finance methods and have a strong awareness of commercial financial topics (bonds, escalation, currency, indemnities, liabilities, etc.) and cost calculation approaches.
  • Extremely strong with great people skills and good persuasive abilities.
