  • Establish commercial operating mechanisms such as periodical market competitive reports, customer profiling, and PDE delivering and deployment analysis that enable managers to develop annual sales plans for my client..
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis, identify gaps in data analysis, and address those gaps.
  • Act as a change agent by working cross-functionally with other departments to drive business improvement within the commercial organization.
  • Drive productivity through targeting & segmentation, territory design/alignment, call plan design and monitoring, performance measurement and monitoring, and ROI analysis for all field force.
  • Apply efficient, action-oriented, and innovative recommendations to drive sales and optimize costs.
  • Implement local performance tracking tools (such as KPIs, market research, and IMS) and provide regular reports to my client and headquarters.
  • Manage commercial relevant business systems (Veeva, BEP, market data, etc.) in close collaboration with IT.
  • Develop, upgrade, and monitor incentive schemes aligned with my client's objectives.
  • Identify and support the rollout of tools, analysis, and technologies in daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity (such as big data analysis, CRM systems).
  • Develop and manage innovative digital engagement/multichannel initiatives such as apps, websites, mailings, and patient services.
  • Drive the effectiveness of multichannel tools and foster a culture of acceptance and innovation.
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to define training needs and identify qualified service providers to deliver professional training for different audiences.
  • Lead the implementation of business excellence initiatives aligned with global strategy.
  • Support effective alignment and engagement of broader departments and strategic partners to drive cross-functional/company cooperation (such as PDE issue, combo tracking for profit sharing, FTE utilization).
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and other companies in the healthcare industry to gather and exchange information.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in English and presentation skills.
  • At least three years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with a preference for oncology or hematology experience.
  • Sales & marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset and innovative vision with strong data and evidence support.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to coordinate cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ability to work well in teams/groups.
  • Strong project management experience, managing multiple levels.
  • Affinity for CRM and IT systems.
