They are now looking for a strategic Commercial Excellence Director in Taiwan to drive profitable growth and strategic customer partnerships in APAC market.

Job Description

  • Design and implement a unified Commercial Excellence roadmap that bridges global priorities with local market needs.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, optimizing pricing, pack architecture, trade terms, and promotions to maximize profitability.
  • Embed Customer Centricity into planning through Joint Business Planning, shopper insights, and innovation strategies.
  • Drive flawless execution across Route-to-Market (RTM), Perfect Store, and Category Management.
  • Strengthen distributor models and coverage strategies to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead commercial performance reviews and governance forums to ensure achievement of AOP targets and ROI on trade investments.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track field productivity, execution quality, and customer profitability.
  • Champion digital transformation by leveraging tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and NielsenIQ for data-driven decision-making.
  • Coach and inspire high-performing teams across markets, fostering ownership, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Lead change initiatives to embed new operating models, commercial capabilities, and ways of working across the cluster.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years solid FMCG experience with strong exposure to Commercial Excellence, RGM, and Sales Strategy.
  • Strategic with growth mindset, strong influencing as well as stakeholders management
  • Expertise in pricing, trade terms, sales operations, and channel strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and NielsenIQ.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
