Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall commercial strategy, aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales organization, including sales planning, forecasting, territory management, and quota attainment.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Understand the market needs and work with product team to optimize functionality and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key partners and channel resellers.
  • Drive the development of a strong value proposition and messaging that resonates with the target market.
  • Set pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with large enterprise clients.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the commercial team and utilize insights to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in a commercial leadership role within the IT and SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and achieving high growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team to achieve success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Passion for the company's mission and a strong desire to contribute to its success.
