With a deep understanding of the U.S. regulatory landscape and an eye on global market needs, your client is well-positioned to bring breakthrough treatments to patients and make a significant impact in the oncology field.職務說明Oversee and manage the design, planning, and execution of Phase II and Phase III clinical trials.Ensure successful management and smooth coordination of clinical trial operations, including clinical units in the United States.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D teams, to align clinical trial activities with development strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clinical sites and partners.Lead, manage, and mentor a clinical trials department, including the development of team members.Actively participate in negotiations and discussions with external partners, including CROs and regulatory agencies.Monitor clinical trial progress and data analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.Provide strategic input into new drug development programs, ensuring smooth transitions from preclinical through clinical phases.理想的應徵者Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical trial management and new drug development, with at least 3 years of experience managing a department or team.Experience in international pharmaceutical environments, specifically in clinical trials (Phase II / Phase III).Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Ability to manage and oversee US clinical trial units is required.Proven experience in team leadership, staff development, and departmental management.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
