職務說明



  • Lead end-to-end investigator and site engagement across clinical trials, from identification through to database lock


  • Manage trial site performance, enrollment strategy, and timely delivery of clinical milestones


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio alignment and remove site-level barriers


  • Develop strategic relationships with clinical institutions and investigators to support current and future research


  • Oversee vendor activities at clinical sites, ensuring quality, compliance, and issue resolution


  • Ensure ongoing inspection readiness at site and country level


  • Utilize local healthcare system knowledge to support feasibility and trial placement decisions


  • Maintain therapeutic expertise to enable scientific dialogue and informed trial planning


  • Influence local regulatory bodies (where applicable) and represent the company in national clinical research forums


  • Support Post-Marketing Safety Studies and local regulatory documentation where required

  • Bachelor's degree required; scientific or health-related fields strongly preferred


  • At least 3 years' experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry


  • Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements


  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment


  • Strong communicator with fluency in English and Mandarin


  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset


  • Experienced in vendor oversight and site performance management


  • Able to build strong partnerships with investigators and internal teams


  • Willingness to travel frequently as required


  • Comfortable representing clinical operations externally with regulatory authorities and other parties as needed
