Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the TW CEO and an integral member of the leadership team
  • Provide thought partnership and strategic input on key initiatives
  • Drive alignment, strategy, and decision-making across commercial and regional leadership
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for board meetings, townhalls, and internal communications
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure timely, consistent messaging and decision-making
  • Identify cross-functional alignment opportunities and coordinate stakeholder engagement
  • Support rollout of global commercial and shared service models
  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives from conception to execution
  • Oversee planning and execution of leadership offsites and culture-building events
  • Partner with Finance on business case development and budget oversight
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (P&C, Legal, IT, L&D, Manufacturing) on programs supporting engagement and talent development
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across processes, performance metrics, and business operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong project and program management experience
  • Experience working in cross-functional leadership roles
  • Proven success in leading strategic and operational initiatives
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
  • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and an effective relationship builder
  • Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate with discretion
  • Confident managing high-pressure, fast-paced global operations
  • Deep understanding of key business functions (Commercial, Medical, Finance, Legal, etc.)
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with cultural nuances and leading across boundaries
  • Committed to fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning
