Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty across diverse international markets.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing innovative campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that align with the brand's values and resonate with the target audience.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, culinary, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with new offerings, seasonal menus, and restaurant experiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and other online platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and maximum impact.
  • Develop partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain the brand's competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

  • progressive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of leadership in a global or multi-national setting within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand management principles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels and geographies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, leveraging insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives.
