Job Description

  • Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to both local and corporate standards.
  • Facilitate customer and certification audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Drive process control improvements through data analysis and root cause investigations.
  • Oversee product stewardship and support new product introductions and transfers.
  • Mentor the team in quality tools and best practices, collaborating with HR on talent development.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Effective communicator with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to work cross-functionally and globally.
