Job Description

  • Drive strategic partner engagement and pipeline growth to support regional revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with selected Named Partners and a broader partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute structured partner programs focused on marketing, enablement, and sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and support.
  • Understand partner go-to-market strategies and align them with company objectives.
  • Own and maintain a Taiwan partner forecast, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Ensure partner commitment to joint business plans, capability development, and market execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the IT/software industry.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and closing complex enterprise software deals.
  • Familiar with local resellers/distribuotrs partner ecosystem.
  • Possesses strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to present to both small and large audiences.
