Job Description

  • Channel Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to expand and enhance distribution channels.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing the performance of channel partners, tracking sales metrics, and assessing the effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the channel.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends that could impact channel strategy.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborating with sales teams to forecast sales through channel partners and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Generating reports on channel performance and providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets related to channel marketing and partner incentives.
