About Our Client
Our client is a well-known FMCG company in the world. They are working towards a sustainable future and committed to quality and food safety. They are now looking for a Channel Head for their assigned channel and lead their sales team to grow to the next level.
- Being responsible for covering, distributing company products and services to existing and prospective customers in Taiwan
- Develop distribution and merchandizing strategies and deploy in Taiwan market
- Develop appropriate relationships at client level to penetrate and influence their organization and processes.
- Develop internal and external training programs for all field sales force
- Develop and deploy global NPL in the assigned channel
- Share value with clients and build impact KOL in the responsible channel
- Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales.
- Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner services.
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners to build business.
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
- Educate partners on product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
- Work with partners to conduct product presentations to end users.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years solid sales experiences in FMCG or healthcare company
- 5 years or above people management experiences
- A good people leader as well as team player
- Familiar with General Trade and distributor management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Understanding Prescription Model is a preference
- Strategic, flexible with can do attitude
