Job Description

  • Drives sustainable and profitable growth by defining and executing commercial and market access strategies for Taiwan.
  • Leads commercial excellence initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all business activities.
  • Holds full P&L accountability, ensuring cost effectiveness and optimal working capital management.
  • Builds organizational capability through structured talent development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Strengthens internal and external stakeholder relationships while ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with regional shared services.



The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 5+ years of experience as a Business Unit Manager or equivalent leadership role within medical devices or related industries.
  • Demonstrates strong team leadership with proven experience managing multifunctional teams.
  • Exhibits results-oriented leadership with decisiveness, follow-through, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Shows strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate trends and future business needs.
  • Holds a university degree, with MBA preferred, and communicates effectively in English.
