Job Description

  • Define and implement a regional strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Responsible for demand/material forecasts, reliable budgets, and financial forecasts for the business.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, agents and distributors with providing the customer-focused service.
  • Ensure the execution of business plans in order to be a market leader in the existing market and responsible for displacing the competition, exploring and capitalizing new market potential.
  • Identify new trends, new markets and translate market opportunities into the development of new products and/or services or innovative commercial strategies.
  • Lead and motivate the regional team from setting targets, review, development to follow-up and ensuring performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in the company around customer needs.
  • Train and mentor staff, motivating them for deliver better performance and achieve growth of the company

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or above graduate in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • With 10+ years commercial experience in a technical environment.
  • Proven track in the critical power segment and managing a network of sales agents, partners, and distributors.
  • Results driven business leader with ability to solve complex issues by utilize the right resources efficiently.
  • Extensive international exposure experience and strong intercultural skills.
  • Excellent negotiator and listener with strong interpersonal skill and decision-making skills.
  • Coach, motivate, support & develop self-ability of employees and keep an eye on their behaviours while always driving towards results
