We are seeking a seasoned, proactive Business Development Manager to drive business expansion across the APAC or EMEA regions. This role is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and establishing strong local partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
  • Own APAC or EMEA growth while building long-term enterprise client partnerships.
  • Work with global clients delivering enterprise networking solutions.

Job Description

  • Formulate and implement go-to-market sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in assigned regions.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and develop new customers, business opportunities, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through industry events, outbound outreach, inbound leads, and professional networking.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and effectively position solutions to address their needs.
  • Manage sales activities and pipeline progression using CRM tools to ensure visibility and accuracy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to continuously refine sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the IT, networking, or telecom sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and closing deals within enterprise, telecom, or industrial markets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of operating independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
