About Our Client
Our client is a well-known Food & Beverage company in the world. The company used to named great place to work. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive their new business into Taiwan market.
- Develop and deliver Taiwan market plans to achieve objectives within budget, with customers.
- Lead Customer Marketing to customers and execute plans
- Influence customer(s) to implement solutions through fact based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and company
- Share customer feedback and bring forward potential solutions
- Lead Field Marketing to produce best-in-class sales store, market events, and increased new brand presence and brand awareness where teams are in place.
- Develop retail priorities to provide clear direction for sales field team to drive action at retail Manage distributor partners through regular meetings (in person and virtual), scorecard creation and execution and clear communication and follow-up to ensure execution excellence.
- Pre-plan with distributor partner by reviewing data and developing customer strategies prior to customer meetings
- Work with distributor to provide post-promotional analysis to understand ROI and competitive activity
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5-8 years of FMCG experience in New business development ,Customer Marketing, Key account management or related field preferred
- Experience of customer marketing and field marketing
- Experience of New channel development or equivalent work experience
- Distributor management experience
- Expert understanding of FMCG industry sector and competitive landscape preferred.
- Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude in challenging business interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong presentation skills required
- Strong data analysis, proficient i Microsoft Word, Excel
