About Our Client

You will be responsible for:
* 50% in new business development including:
-Identify new business opportunities within accounts, based on broad knowledge of company's business and in-depth knowledge of the customer's operations.
-Identify share gain potentials.
-Upkeep customer engagement history in CRM including pipelines.
-Develop sales forecast.
* 25% to promote services including:
-Develop and execute strategy to promote routine analytical testing needs.
-Develop strategy and lead new service introduction.
-Actively participate in local exhibits or conference to promote services.
* 25% of the time to project a positive and favorable image:
-Respond to client's technical questions, pricing, concerns or complaints and coordinates with internal staff to ensure service expectations are met.
-Develop customer engagement plans to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
-Act as liaison between client and business/laboratory operations.
The Successful Applicant
* Analytical testing background.
* Micro-contamination services to semiconductor application.
* Fluency in both English and Chinese.
* Have connections to decision makers in semiconductor industry.
* Aggressive, result oriented and presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
