Job Description

* Oversees new account development within an established geographic territory/product line.

* Advises on connecting, contacting, and engaging new potential clients and prospects.

* Leads a strong and consistent pipeline of new business.

* Oversees customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services

* Innovates and create sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services and customers

* Oversees implementing efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in liquid cooling, air cooling, rack-level power distribution, and electrical protection for data centers.

* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new sensor, switch, and power conversion technologies.

* Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, hyperscalers, and system integrators.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and marketing to align customer needs with product roadmaps.

* Lead contract negotiations and support pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

The Successful Applicant

* A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience

* Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

* Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

* Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

* Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

* Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards

* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

* Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
