Job Description

  • P&L Management & Business Operations
  • Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration across all departments in Taiwan.
  • Identify challenges and lead the team in finding effective solutions.
  • Lead by example by setting and achieving personal and team sales targets while driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inspire and motivate teams to exceed business targets at both individual and team levels.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members, ensuring continuous development and feedback.
  • Drive business growth by actively promoting the products and maintaining high service standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, engaging proactively to expand the business network.
  • Develop and implement a structured, goal-oriented strategy to increase workstation sales volume and value.
  • Generate new inquiries and convert them into successful deals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years solid business development experience in business service industry
  • Entrepreneurship spirit with strong ambition to grow
  • Solid people leadership and experience in managing a sizeable team
  • Strong business acumen with can do attitude. Demonstrate high learn agility and flexibility
  • Proven track record of bouncing back from challenging circumstance
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
