The team comprises industry experts with extensive experience in drug development and manufacturing processes, enabling the company to offer tailored support for small molecule dosage forms, sterile injectables, and complex formulations.

Job Description

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand customer base, focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in contract manufacturing and development services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to position as the preferred CDMO partner.

Market Strategy & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Market Intelligence Specialist and marketing teams to refine value proposition and go-to-market strategy.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through contract execution and project delivery.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, to exceed customer expectations.
  • Align sales efforts with strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and broader commercial leadership.


The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development and manufacturing process, including small molecule dosage forms, sterile injectables, and complex formulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and market analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • 7-10+ years of experience with a proven track record of revenue growth in the CDMO industry.
