Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full scope of business unit operations, including engineering, program management, and sales functions.
  • Define and execute strategic plans to drive product innovation, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between technical development, customer requirements, and business goals.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet organizational objectives and deliver high-impact results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and corporate governance policies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and talent development across all teams.
  • Represent the business unit in executive leadership discussions and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and implement proactive measures to ensure sustainable growth and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering results across engineering and commercial domains.
  • Deep understanding of product development, manufacturing operations, and customer engagement in a global context.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and organizational planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience navigating complex business environments and driving transformation initiatives.
  • High integrity, resilience, and a proactive leadership style.
