This role leads the quality function for the Power & System business unit, driving new quality technologies, TQM enhancement, and continuous customer satisfaction improvement. It also oversees team management and partners closely with R&D on DQE and engineering quality, which accounts for around 50% of the role.

Job Description

  • Lead the adoption of new quality technologies and drive TQM improvement across the factory.
  • Manage the quality team including attendance, performance evaluation, coaching, and capability development.
  • Oversee quality management systems, customer satisfaction initiatives, and complaint/return handling progress.
  • Drive issue resolution for quality abnormalities, execute annual quality plans, and analyze quality cost improvements.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams on DQE and engineering quality responsibilities, representing approximately 50% of the role.



The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of experience in quality management within electronics, electrical engineering, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and quality system operations.
  • Solid knowledge of customer complaint handling, TQM practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in R&D quality and DQE processes with strong cross-functional collaboration capability.
