Our client is a global leader in its specialised area, dedicated to protecting people and vital resources. Operating in more than 100 countries, their businesses across a wide range of industries-including foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. They are now looking for a BU Head in Taiwan to drive their sales in its assigned sector.

Job Description

  • Set and align regional goals and objectives with the overall divisional strategy.
  • Optimize the use of available resources to achieve targets in sales, profitability, and operating income.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds key performance indicators and adheres to standardized processes.
  • Lead the successful launch and integration of new products and solutions within the market.
  • Embed structured coaching methodologies to support strategic execution and talent development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years solid sales management experience in B2B industry
  • Industry experience in Foodservice, Hospitality, FMCG, or Healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Solid people leadership experience and used to lead a 20+ members team
  • Strategic with growth mindset and willing to take challenges
  • Down to earth personality and able to turn strategic planning into actual execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
