About Our Client

Our client is a multinational consumer health care company in the world and they are really famous for their health supplement products globally and locally. They are now looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to create synergy effect and raise the brand awareness in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Provide cross-brand support for brand strategy development and help to improve the quality of the strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility and awareness of the company's products in domestic and international markets.
  • Identify key market opportunities and consumer insights to shape the brand's positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure brand alignment with new product launches and innovations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand consumers and monitor the condition of brands and company
  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns, optimizing for customer acquisition and engagement across various digital platforms (social media,display, SEO, email).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and brand reach.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or in-house teams to ensure execution excellence in digital advertising efforts.
  • Leverage insights to refine the brand strategy and craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or performance marketing. FMCG and consumer health care experience is a big plus
  • Familiar with 360 integrated marketing as well as performance marketing is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Data driven mindset with high learning agility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
