About Our Client

Our client is the world's leading premium drinks business with an outstanding collection of beverage alcohol brands across spirits, beer and wine. They are now looking for a Brand Manager to grow the brand equity in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Lead the brand growth in developing brand's annual strategies & plans
  • Lead brand strategy and development, including data mining, strategy planning, budget management, operation management
  • Manage all ATL platforms and proactively identify growth drivers and generate content in traditional/social/digital marketing channel.
  • Centralize the data source and cross check the data from different channels, regular review the data to generate the insight including consumer behavior, campaign performance
  • Develop & execute best in class consumer recruitment programs
  • Work closely with global stakeholders for innovation initiatives and co-develop growth drivers for local adaption.
  • Monitor competitive activities (e.g. Media spending, competitive brand health, new brands/innovations, new brand communications initiatives) and understand competition at market level, and identify opportunities and challenges for action
  • Partner with trade marketing and sales team to develop sales tool kit and act as brand guardian to ensure strong through-the-line execution and compliance with brand guideline.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years' experience in Marketing in FMCG/Cars/Watch/Luxury products company; a history of working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, VIP management is more than welcomed.
  • Experience in strategic penetration to consumer & shopper insight, category trend and competition to develop marketing strategy and execution plan that unlocks growth opportunities.
  • Excel in various source of data analysis to get solid knowledge of consumers' social behaviour and insight which could adapt and optimized the performance.
  • Holistic skill set and experience at managing top-tier global brand with large scale of A&P investment on multiple consumers facing media (ex: TV, Social, Event… etc.) and through- the- line activities as well as a track record of delivering transformational business results.
  • Successful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
  • Experience at working with global stakeholders to get alignment and collaborate for strategy development and execution plans.
  • Demonstrated brilliant execution to high standards across various pillars of brand building
  • Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
