About Our Client

Our client is a well-known beauty group with a global presence as well as diversified product portfolio. They are now looking for a passionate and visionary Brand GM to lead the growth and operations of one of their brands in Taiwan

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, market share, and long-term equity.
  • Own and manage the full P&L and budget planning for the Taiwan market.
  • Translate global brand vision into locally relevant strategies that resonate with Taiwanese consumers.
  • Drive omnichannel growth including retail, e-commerce, and offline distribution.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Optimize pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead retail expansion strategies, including store openings, counter performance, and staff training.
  • Build strong relationships with key channels, department stores, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing local team across marketing, sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ, supply chain, product development, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years solid brand management, sales management and EC operation experience in well-known FMCG companies, beauty category is a big plus
  • Proven track record in leading a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  • Familiar with Taiwan retail channels including Department stores, roadshop, Modern Trade channels as well as EC
  • Strategic leader with strong business strategy as well as product strategy
  • Solid people leadership and experience to lead a sizable team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Growth mindset with high flexibility to embrace new changes
