Job Description

  • Strategically allocate annual budgets across key workstreams, monitor expenditures closely, and manage costs to ensure efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Partner with retail channels to develop and optimize sales and promotional strategies, manage day-to-day execution to maximize in-store conversion, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work with internal marketing teams and external partners to develop and activate targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive retail performance, ensuring strong alignment with retail channels to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Lead detailed sales and inventory forecasting, collaborating with supply chain teams and retail logistics partners to ensure store-level stock availability, reduce out-of-stock risks, and optimize procurement from suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and Brand Principals, oversee business planning and inventory alignment, manage product development and launches, deliver ongoing performance updates, and negotiate strategic contracts and pricing.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or key account management well-known FMCG and retail industry
  • Strong passion for beauty trends, especially trendy beauty brands.
  • Highly self-driven with strong ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Energetic, creative, proactive, and committed to driving consumer centric initiatives.
