Job Description

  • Teamwork with service team, application team and Business Units and regional branch offices on global account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to complex problems and provide assistance to a variety of services and products.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers in organization and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth.
  • Coordinate with operational staff and ensure all work according to customer requirement at multiple sites.
  • Develop sales strategies in coordination with product and sales teams.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets in term of revenue, market share and etc..
  • Provide accurate sales forecast and update the status timely.
  • Develop and execute account strategy and execution plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Provide the market feedback including the competitor information to Business Units for developing the sales and marketing strategies in time.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of Bachelors of Science Degree in a technical or marketing discipline.
  • 10+ years equipment sales experience in semiconductor and related industry.
  • Proven sales experience in semiconductor industry and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability on account management including account strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors .
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
