This role involves supporting the installation and implementation of our AI vision inspection systems at customer sites across Asia. Job Description

  • Travel extensively to customer sites across Asia in key manufacturing locations to install, configure, and optimize advanced vision inspection systems.
  • Conduct technical training sessions to equip customers with the skills to operate and maintain AI-based inspection systems.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to keep projects on schedule and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work alongside internal teams, including engineering and sales, to adapt solutions that meet specific customer needs.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and addressing any technical issues that arise.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues related to electrical engineering, system controls, and CAD-based configurations.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements and improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a solid background in CAD and controls engineering.
  • Familiarity with machine vision systems is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (native speaker) and English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, capable of managing timelines and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and adapt to evolving priorities.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-driven or automated inspection systems.
