Job Description

  • Contribute to the design and development of next‑generation analog and mixed‑signal IC products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary and cross‑site engineering teams to define optimal architectures and design methodologies.
  • Prepare product objective documentation, including die‑size estimation, package strategy, pinout definition, system block diagrams, and electrical specifications.
  • Drive top‑level modeling, schematic design, simulations, and verification of key circuitry.
  • Evaluate and select semiconductor processes that best align with performance, cost, and product goals.
  • Guide physical layout activities and support evaluation board PCB design.
  • Participate in bench characterization, failure analysis, silicon debugging, and yield optimization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with hands‑on experience in analog/mixed‑signal IC development.
  • Strong background in CMOS analog circuit design and layout awareness.
  • Solid understanding of s‑domain and z‑domain analysis.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self‑motivated, analytical, and able to work efficiently in fast‑moving environments.
  • Preferred: Experience in Δ‑Σ ADC/DAC, SAR ADC, power amplifiers, system/behavioral modeling, reliability considerations, and multi‑node CMOS processes.
  • Strong silicon debug capability is a plus.
