Job Description

Depending on specific projects, you will:

  • Establish and design reinforcement learning models for industrial automation systems.
  • Define and implement state space, action space, reward functions, and policy algorithms.
  • Collaborate with other AI engineers for system simulations and testing, continuously adjusting model parameters to improve performance.
  • Analyze and resolve technical challenges during simulation to ensure system stability and efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong expertise in reinforcement learning, with a deep understanding of machine learning theories and practical applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
