Job Description



  • Lead daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, tax, payroll, and cash management.


  • Oversee month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing and reporting accuracy.


  • Manage cost and inventory accounting, especially standard costing setup.


  • Establish internal controls and accounting policies.


  • Lead and develop the local finance team and work cross-functionally.


  • Serve as the main contact for external auditors and compliance.


  • Drive reporting system improvements and participate in special projects.



The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within manufacturing or startup-like environments


  • Strong command of cost accounting and standard costing


  • Hands-on, proactive leader with a growth mindset and operational resilience


  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin; excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
